I am a mother of seven, grandmother of twenty, wife of a wonderful man for fifty-four years who retired two years ago. I woke up the other day and realized I wasn't done yet. I have been a "now and then" writer for over twenty years...writing "now" about "then." I have been lucky, blessed if you need holy words. I have had numerous articles published by The Word Among Us, St. Mary's Press (Homeword), and other Catholic publications. My book Sacred Gifts was published by St. Mary's Press in 2003. All of these relate the perfect intrusion of the Holy into my very imperfect life. I retired two years ago from a twelve hour a day job in clinical research that took the stuffing out of me and the words from my head and hands.
